Aliquam quis male is the sacred, immutable, legal canon which holds that the orange man is bad and anything that the bad orange man favors is bad and is therefore different if someone who is not a bad orange man proposes it.
This ancient canon was first adopted into American jurisprudence in January of 2017.
History occasionally demands that the rules be suspended when dealing with the, otherwise lawful, enactments of the vilest of sovereigns. Following the Restoration of the Monarchy in 1660, the English Parliament, under Charles II, declared all acts lacking royal assent to be void. In the United States, enactments by the Confederate States Congress and secessionist States were often treating as having no legal effect.
Therefore, the actions/declarations of Bad Orange Men cannot be entitled to any of the deference that would normally be due another holding office.
